The Organic Vineyard and Oenology Symposium, held in Vilafranca del Penedès on 19 and 20 November and co-organised by the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food, INCAVI, INNOVI and the Penedès DO, brought together more than 30 speakers and 200 attendees, becoming for 48 hours the key meeting point for Catalan organic viticulture.


The 2025 edition of The World’s 50 Best Vineyards once again places Catalonia in a prominent position on the international stage. Gramona and Perelada, INNOVI members, have been recognised among the 25 most valuable wineries on the planet.


From 9 to 14 November, we took part in the Strategic Training Week 2025 in Switzerland, a mission organised by ACCIÓ in which several Cluster Managers from the Catalunya Clusters programme gathered to explore some of the world’s leading innovation ecosystems, exchange experiences, and inspire new strategies.


This week, on November 12, INNOVI was present at the celebration day of the 10 years of the Catalan Operative Groups, organized by the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fishing and Food (DARPA) of the Generalitat de Catalunya. The event took place at the Joan Miró Foundation, an emblematic space that hosted a forward-looking view of the country's agri-food innovation model.


Durant les darreres setmanes, l’equip d’INNOVI i diversos socis, ha recorregut diversos països d’Europa per assistir a les reunions de seguiment i inici de diferents projectes europeus en què participa o coordina activament. Aquestes trobades han servit per avançar en iniciatives clau vinculades a la sostenibilitat, la transició energètica i la digitalització del sector agroalimentari i vitivinícola.


Yesterday, October 28, 2025, a new session of INNOVI's Open Projects Committee was held, a space designed for members of the cluster with the aim of sharing, inspiring and exploring new lines of collaboration


Last week, the 1881 Hotel Balneari Vichy Catalan hosted a new edition of the Tech4Travel Summit, organized by the Tech Tourism Cluster with the support of ACCIÓ. Within this framework, INNOVI, represented by its Cluster Manager Eloi Montcada, led a workshop focused on wine tourism, exploring how technology and innovation can enhance this key activity for economic and territorial development.


Soil conservation and improvement are key challenges for the future of viticulture, especially in a context marked by climate change and the need to ensure the sustainability of winegrowing operations


Innovi, is part of the motor group of the participatory process of the Agricultural Sectorial Plan of the Penedès, under the slogan "We value the agricultural space of the Penedès!".
