INNOVI has presented during the last two weeks a total of 30 innovation projects in the framework of two different public calls

El Celler de la Fassina de Can Guineu de Sant Sadurní d’Anoia va acollir el passat 6 de maig la jornada tècnica “L’edició gènica a la vinya: eines, aplicacions i reptes per a la viticultura mediterrània”, una trobada que va reunir experts en recerca, viticultura i innovació per reflexionar sobre el futur del sector davant els desafiaments climàtics, agronòmics i econòmics. La sessió, organitzada per INNOVI, AECAVA, IRTA, CRAG i l’Ajuntament de Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, amb el suport del Consell Regulador de la DO Cava, va posar el focus en el potencial de les noves tècniques genòmiques com una eina estratègica per garantir la sostenibilitat, la competitivitat i la capacitat d’adaptació de la viticultura mediterrània.
Last Monday, April 20, 2026, the creation of the Wine Innovation Collaboration Alliance (WICA) was officially formalized, marking a strategic milestone for the future of the European and international wine sector. This new alliance was established with the aim of strengthening innovation, collaboration, and internationalization across the wine value chain.

Last Friday, April 10th, 2026, the INNOVI General Assembly was held, an annual meeting for all member companies and organizations. The event took place at the Gramona facilities, in a highly privileged and emblematic setting within the wine sector.
La reunió inaugural del projecte LIGAWINE (Low Input Grapegrowing and Winemaking) es va celebrar els dies 30 i 31 d’octubre de 2025 a Bordeus, França. Finançat pel programa Interregional Innovation Investments (I3), aquest projecte, amb una durada de 39 mesos, té com a objectiu impulsar el sector vitivinícola cap a pràctiques sostenibles, innovadores i econòmicament resilients a tot Europa.
