The LOCALVINO project is a multi-phase project with the aim of developing a technological tool in the wine sector that will integrate the entire value chain of the sector through the digitization and traceability of the product using cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence, IoT and blockchain technologies. It is, therefore, a project included in the European strategy that is committed to innovation and digitization and aims to: eliminate food fraud, optimize harvesting processes and logistics and improve product certification and control, providing the sector with a robust and reliable traceability system.
