On April 2, Innovi held his ordinary general assembly in Mas Rabell, gathering members on a day that served to take stock of 2024 and to draw the strategic lines of the future. The event became a space for collective reflection, the renewal of governing bodies and the presentation of the lines of the new strategic cluster plan.

During the meeting, the Management Report of 2024 was approved, a very active year for Innovi. In total, 36 innovation projects were launched, with the direct involvement of 63% of the cluster members. In addition, 52 new project proposals were presented throughout the year, achieving a successful ratio of 71% - a fact that highlights the technical and strategic solidity of the promoted initiatives. This set of projects involved a total requested budget of 5.32 million euros, of which 2.60 million were obtained in grants granted, a figure that reinforces the role of Innovi as a catalyst for opportunities for companies in the sector.

Another point in the assembly was the renewal of the presidency and the incorporation of new members to the Board of Directors, configuring a reinforced and prepared team to lead the new strategic cycle. The new partners who have recently joined the cluster were also welcomed, further enriching the innovation and collaboration ecosystem, and 95 companies associated with Innovi already. The new members presented were: Atens, Agromillora, Cecovica, Krypta Winery, Dir Canicio Consulting Chemist, Fizzycaps, Faniba, Altés Herencia, Josep Beltran Viticultor, Labferrer, Landgest, Leitat, Cereals and Pinsos Marrugat, Senssal, Sicma21, the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Volta and Wineimpro Group.

The first results of the new strategic plan were also presented, which will mark the cluster's priorities for the coming years.

The assembly once again became a space for meeting and knowledge exchange, where members shared future concerns, proposals and views. In a collaborative and proactive environment, joint commitment, sustainable growth, and the creation of shared value for the sector as a whole, strengthened.
