In this online conference, organized by the Oficina Acelera Pyme Eurecat Girona, we will analyze how the implementation of an ERP system can become the backbone of the digitization and automation of an SME's internal processes, such as invoicing, purchases, stocks or human resources.

The session will offer a clear, practical and executive view of the road map that must be followed before, during and after the implementation of an ERP. Key aspects such as the prior mapping of internal processes, the choice of the most appropriate cloud or local, open source or proprietary architecture and the criteria for assessing the return on investment will be addressed. The most common mistakes in this type of project and recommendations to reduce risks during the internal digital transition will also be shared.
