INNOTAST is a series organised by INNOVI in collaboration with VINSEUM, created to showcase the innovation taking place in the wine sector.

Combining a presentation and tasting, the Innotast sessions give wineries and companies connected to the cluster an opportunity to share new products, processes, approaches and innovative solutions with a broad audience, while creating opportunities for outreach, learning, connection and knowledge transfer. These sessions aim to bring wine-sector innovation closer to all kinds of audiences, highlight the sector’s talent and transformative capacity, and help strengthen the links between wine, culture, place and the future.

The second INNOTAST in the series, titled “Ancestral Varieties,” will be presented by Família Torres winery.
