ENOCONSENS INTERLAB, an Interlaboratory Circuit of Sensory Wine Analysis that we have launched three years ago and already has the participation of more than a hundred professional tasters. Its aim is to provide a tool for monitoring, training and continuing improvement in sensory analysis to groups of tasters, whether they are tasting panels or tasters that are more informally (such as the technical team of a winery).

In order to present the project, we have organized an online presentation day, which will take place next Tuesday, June 18 at 12:00 p.m. The session will include a practical part: all registered people will be sent in advance a pack with 9 samples of wine (60 ml), which will be tasted during the day as an illustrative exercise. That is why the prior registration is essential.
