Eloi Montcada - Cluster Manager
An agronomist and postgraduate engineer in environmental management at the company, he has been involved in innovation for many years.
He likes to work with a team. Other skills he says he has are good communication, empathy, responsibility and a lot of energy and desire to work.
Apart from being responsible for the cluster to function and grow, it also coordinates some techincal projects and maintains the relationship with the partners.
Mariona Gonzalo - Communcation manager
Upper technique in Enoturism, with a master's degree in wine making, is currently undergoing a degree of tourism facing sustainability in the UOC to further increase its knowledge and skills.
She has been working in the sector in various wineries and fields. It is the most recent incorporation of Innovi, she is involved in the justification of projects and management of them.
We could define her as a very active person, with many ideas and great motivation. It is highly sensitive to the environment and sustainability. She's a wine and Penedès lover.
Xavier Paris - Project manager
Graduated in Biological Systems Engineering from UPC, holds a Master's degree in Project Management from La Salle-URL University, and is certified as PMO-CP by the PMO Global Alliance. He has experience in quality processes, as well as in the integral management of innovative projects.
He enjoys working together and discussing the best ways to proceed, being a very active participant in any kind of conversion. As a project manager, he promotes communication between the various stakeholders, and works to establish points of common interest to ensure viability and a good working environment.
Alba Vallès - Project manager
Meritxell Gallart - Project manager
She is an engineer in Industrial Organization and has a master's degree in Geographic Information Systems. She has many years of experience as a data technician and project manager.
He likes to understand how technology works and use it as a tool to achieve the purposes of very different projects, especially if they have to do with the territory. As a Project Coordinator, what motivates her is to understand the ideas of the team of people around her and to facilitate the way to make them land in the reality of everyone.

Trained in the financial administrative field where she has been able to develop her skills growing professionally with a great capacity to adapt to changes, time management, she feels resolute and proactive.
